Drafts of the proposed amendments to the 2026 Annual PHA Plan, the 2026 5-Year Capital Fund Action Plan, and the 2025 Five Year Plan, and Proposed Revisions to the Public Housing Admissions and Continuing Occupancy Policy and the Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan for the St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) may be reviewed at 2001 Gandy Blvd. N. and on our website, www.stpeteha.org.
