NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2026 and entered in Case No.: 2025-CC-001703, of the County Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Abbott Square Community Association Inc. is the Plaintiff, and Randy Jay Horenstein, Jr., et al. is the Defendant(s), the Office of Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Pasco County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on May 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM ET, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

“Lot 11, in Block 16, of ABBOTT SQUARE PHASE 2, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 90, Page 28, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.”

The Property is located at the street address of:
36371 Well Hill Way, Zephyrhills, FL 33541

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the foreclosure sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
