Notice of Budget Workshop of the
Meadow Pointe IV Community Development District

The Meadow Pointe IV Community Development District will hold a budget workshop on April 28, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at the Meadow Pointe IV Clubhouse located at 3902 Meadow Pointe Blvd, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543.

The purpose of the workshop is to discuss the proposed Fiscal Year 2026-2027 operations and maintenance Budget and assessments. A copy of the agenda for the workshop will be available 7 days prior to the workshop on the District’s website at https://www.meadowpointe4cdd.org/ or upon request from Darryl Adams, the District Manager at darryla@rizzetta.com.

The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. It may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such workshop. There may be an occasion where one or more supervisors will participate virtually by telephone or video conference.
