NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2026, and entered in 25000875CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein MORTGAGE RESEARCH CENTER, LLC D/B/A VETERANS UNITED HOME LOANS, A MISSOURI LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY is the Plaintiff and VICTOR MCINNIS; JAMI-ANNE M. MCINNIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICTOR MCINNIS are the Defendant(s). Doug Chorvat Jr. as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hernando County Courthouse, Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601, at 11:00 AM, on May 12, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
