The HCSO reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, for cause, to waive irregularities, if any, and to accept the Proposal or Proposals which, in the judgment of the Sheriff, is in the best interest of the HCSO. The HCSO reserves the right to evaluate, add and/or reject any items from any proposal options or resulting contract(s) when deemed to be in the best interest of the HCSO.
