NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DEPOSIT INSURANCE
BY PROPOSED NEW DEPOSITORY INSTITUTION

Notice is hereby given that New South Bank (In Organization), Tampa, Florida, has made application for federal deposit insurance to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, in connection with the opening of a new Florida state banking corporation in the Tampa area located at 401 E. Jackson Street, Suite 3300, Tampa, Florida 33602.

This notice is published pursuant to the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

The application also includes the establishment of a branch messenger service program. The branch messenger service program will be operated by New South Bank from its office located at 401 E. Jackson Street, Suite 3300, Tampa, Florida 33602.

Any person wishing to comment on the application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director (DOS) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its regional office located at 10 Tenth Street, N.E., Suite 900, Atlanta, Georgia 30309-3849, not later than 30 days after the date of the publication of this notice unless the comment period has been extended or reopened in accordance with the FDIC’s regulations. The nonconfidential portions of the application are on file in the corporation’s regional office and are available for inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the information in the nonconfidential portions of the application file will be made available upon request.
