YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to establish access concerning the real property situated in Pasco County, Florida and is described as follows:

The North 67.00 feet of the South 152.00 feet of Lot 6 of the unrecorded plat of Garden Terrace Acres, being a portion of Tract 52 of the Port Richey Land Company Subdivision in Section 34, Township 24 South, Range 16 East, as shown on the plat recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 60 and 61, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; Said Lot 6 being further described as follows:

Commence at the Southeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 34, thence run along the East line of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 34, North 0°15’57” East, 1328.69 feet; Thence run North 89°03’44” West, 300 feet for a Point of Beginning, thence continue North 89°03’44” West, 356.82 feet, thence North 0°16’52” East, 332.23 feet, thence South 89°03’24” East, 356.55 feet, thence South 0°15’57” West, 332.20 feet to the Point of Beginning. The West 25 feet thereof being subject to an Easement for Public Road Right-of-Ways.

Together with 1973 MONTE Manufactured Home – Title #05963842 – ID #BM7536 – RP R417440 situated thereon.

Vacant residential property; Parcel No. 34-24-16-0080-00600-0030;
(“Subject Property”); has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Karen E. Leonardo, Esq., plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 10002 Cortez Blvd., Spring Hill, Florida, on or before May 26, 2026, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
