Historic Preservation of the Johnson Brothers’ Houses

The Housing Authority of the City of Tampa (THA), is seeking bids from qualified firms for the Historic Preservation of the Johnson Brothers’ Houses. The Authority intends to award a single contract to the most responsive individual or firm whose experience and fee is most advantageous to the Authority. The form of contract will be a one-year base contract with the option of extending for an additional year to year period not to exceed five (5) years.

The IFB package can be found online at www.TampaHA.org (Go to www.tampaha.org Click  Procurement from the on menu, then Click  Bid Opportunities, and follow the prompts), by calling the THA Contracting Office at 813-341-9101 ext. 3480, or visiting THA located at 5301 West Cypress Street, Tampa Florida 33607. All perspective firms must obtain an official copy of the IFB from THA in order to be considered.

The deadline for submitting proposals is Wednesday, May 27, 2026, 2:00 PM (EST).
