NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Celeste M. Ulrich, Trustee of the Celeste M. Ulrich Revocable Trust, record owner of certain real property located at 183 Airline Road, South Dennis, Massachusetts 02660, and more specifically, the narrow, one-acre rectangular parcel that crosses over the middle of Lot 1, which lot is shown on a plan recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 596, Page 27, and which rectangular parcel is shown on the Cape and Vineyard Electric Company plan recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 139, Page 47, which is shown and designated “Heirs of Nathan F. Sears,” has hereby filed a Complaint to Quiet Title pursuant to M.G.L. c. 240, sec. 6 and adverse possession pursuant to M.G.L. c. 260 which may affect the rights and interests of other individuals with a purported interest in the property.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: You have an interest in this property, and have been entered as a defendant in this action. You may object to the petition to quiet title to the property by filing an appearance as a defendant on or before May 18, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. This is not a hearing date, but a deadline by which you must file a written appearance or otherwise enter yourself as a defendant in this action to contest this Complaint to Quiet Title.
