NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING
OF THE WATERFORD COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Waterford Community Development District, that was originally scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on May 11, 2026, has been rescheduled to May 18, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at the offices of Coastal Engineering Associates, Inc., located at 966 Candlelight Blvd., Brooksville, Florida 34601. Items on the agenda may include, but are not limited to, District operations and maintenance activities, financial matters, capital improvements, and general administration activities.

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for community development districts. A copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained from Rizzetta & Company, Inc., 5844 Old Pasco Road, Suite 100, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544; (813) 994-1001.

There may be occasions when one or more members of the Committee or Board will participate by telephone. At the above location will be present a speaker telephone so that any interested person can attend the meetings and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication. The meetings may be continued in progress without additional notice to a time, date, and location stated on the record.

Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in these meetings is asked to advise the District Office at (813) 994-1001, at least forty-eight (48) hours before the meetings. A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Committee or the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
