The Clerk of the Court, DOUG CHORVAT JR., CGCIO, CPM, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, outside of Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601 on June 9, 2026 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
