NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25000916CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the 5TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and June K. Conner a/k/a June Conner; Unknown Spouse of June K. Conner a/k/a June Conner; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Hernando County, Florida, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hernando County Clerk of the Court will sell at 20 North Main Street, 2nd Floor, Room 245, Brooksville, Florida 34601 at 11:00 a.m. on the 9th day of June, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 11 OF CENTRAL PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 26, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
