NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in case #2023-CA-008578 pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which HLI INVESTMENTS AND FUNDING – FUND 2, LLC is the Plaintiff, and UGA STREET PROPERTIES, LLC; CHRISTIAN NWOYE A/K/A CHRISTIAN R.
