Attendance: Strongly recommended for all bidders. The mandatory walk-through will provide an overview of the project scope, site conditions, and expectations for bid submittal.

Scope of Work: The Center of Hope/CARE Center Shower Remodel Project consists of the renovation of 12 shower units located within the CARE Center and Center of Hope homeless shelter facility. Full details and specifications will be provided during the walk-through and in the bid documents. The project falls under the guidelines of the following federal acts: the BABA (Build America Buy America) Act; the Davis-Bacon Act; and the HUD Act Section 3.
