COUNTRY PLACE SPECIAL DEPENDENT DISTRICT
NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING
The Country Place Special Dependent District wilI conduct a budget hearing for the purpose of hearing public comment regarding its proposed FY27 budget and 2026 assessment rate.
The trustees will vote on the budget and assessment rate. The hearing will be conducted at the Northdale Recreation Center (next to Gym),15546 Hooting Owls Place, Tampa, Florida, 33624 on Monday June 8, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
In accordance with chapter 286, F.S., the public is advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of Trustees with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings; and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
