ON A REZONING AND
CONDITIONAL USES FOR PROPERTIES
LOCATED IN PASCO COUNTY
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Pasco County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at the Historic Pasco County Courthouse, Board Room, 2nd Floor, 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, Florida, at 1:30 p.m., and that the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at the Historic Pasco County Courthouse, Board Room, 2nd Floor, 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, at 1:30 p.m., to consider applications for rezoning and/or conditional use pursuant to the provisions of the Pasco County Land Development Code, Chapter 400. All hearings will be conducted at the stated time or as soon thereafter as is practical on the following application(s):
1. 52 & Bellamy Investment Group LLC/Bellamy Parcel Rezoning (RZ-7927) petition for a rezoning from an I-1 Light Industrial Park District to a C-2 General Commercial District for a parcel located on the southeast corner of Bellamy Brothers Boulevard and State Road 52, (aka 12-25-19-0000-00900-0080).
2. Saint Joe Ranch LLC & BB Agritourism LLC/Saint Joe Ranch LLC & BB Agritourism LLC (#CU26-01) petition for a conditional use to combine and expand existing Conditional Uses in an A-C Agricultural District for a parcel located approximately 840 feet east of the intersection of St. Joe Road and Bellamy Brothers Boulevard (aka 24-24-19-0000-00600-0000 and 24-24-19-0000-00600-0030).
3. Saint Joe Ranch LLC & BB Agritourism LLC/Saint Joe Ranch LLC & BB Agritourism LLC (#CU26-13) petition for a conditional use for the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages (4COP) beer, wine and liquor for on premises consumption only, in conjunction with an Amusement Park in an A-C Agricultural District for a parcel located approximately 840 feet east of the intersection of St. Joe Road and Bellamy Brothers Boulevard (aka 24-24-19-0000-00600-0000 and 24-24-19-0000-00600-0030).
4. Patricia & Raymond Bohannon/Two Rivers Preserve Communication Tower (#CU26-03 aka CU25-12) petition for a conditional use for a 129-foot-above-ground-level(AGL) monopole wireless communications facility (WCF) in an A-R Agricultural-Residential District. The parcel of land is located on the west side of Lanier Road, approximately 1,300 feet south of Chancey Road (19-26-21-0010-11300-0000) and will contain a proposed 129-foot AGL (125-foot WCF with a 4-foot lightning rod) self-support WCF within a 2,500 square-foot fenced compound on the site containing approximately 18.47 acres.

Mitras Family Extended LLC/Mitras Project (RZ-7901) petition for a rezoning from an A-R Agricultural-Residential District to a R-4 High Density Residential District for a parcel located on the west side of Kent Grove Drive, approximately one mile north of State Road 52, (aka 05-25-18-0000-00100-0000).
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at the Historic Pasco County Courthouse, Board Room, 2nd Floor, 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, at 1:30 p.m., to consider applications for rezoning and/or conditional use pursuant to the provisions of the Pasco County Land Development Code, Chapter 400. All hearings will be conducted at the stated time or as soon thereafter as is practical on the following application(s):
6. Clearwater Capital Partners USA LLC / Revilo Ranch MPUD (RZ-7904) a petition for a rezoning from an A-R Agricultural-Residential District to a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District within the Villages of Pasadena Hills for a parcel located at the north side of Prospect Road, approximately one-half mile east of Curly Road (aka 13-25-20-0000-00500-0011).
