NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF 2ND STAR TO THE RIGHT LLC

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that 2ND STAR TO THE RIGHT LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, f/k/a 5 Star Staffing Solutions LLC filed its Articles of Dissolution with the Florida Department of State, effective April 29th, 2026.

All persons and entities having claims against the corporation are requested to present them in accordance with this notice.

1. Information Required for Claims: All claims must be submitted in writing and must include:

o The claimant’s full legal name, address, and telephone number.
o The amount of the claim.
o The basis or nature of the claim, including relevant dates and copies of any supporting documentation, work performed or contracts.
o Copies of any/all payments received to date.

2.Mailing Address for Claims: Claims must be mailed to the following address: 27440 Cashford Circle, # 102, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544

3. Deadline: Under Florida law, a claim against the LLC will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced by October 1st, 2026, or four (4) years after the date of filing the Articles of Dissolution, whichever is applicable.
