CDBG-MIT SANITARY SEWER INFRASTRUCTURE HARDENING
COMMERCE AGREEMENT NO. MT056
CITY OF SEBRING, FLORIDA

Sealed Bids for the CDBG-MIT Sanitary Sewer Infrastructure Hardening project must be marked with ITB #26-007 and will be received by the City of Sebring Purchasing Office, Attn: Jamee Cook, Purchasing Agent, 368 South Commerce Avenue, Sebring, Florida 33870, until July 1, 2026 at 2:00 pm. local time, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received later than the date and time specified will be rejected.

The Project includes the following Work: Furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for removal and replacement of 7 existing sewer manholes and construction of 1 new manhole; approximately 100 LF of 8” gravity sewer point repairs; replacement of approximately 23 existing sanitary sewer services; CIPP lining of approximately 12,150 LF of existing 8”-12” gravity sewer; rehabilitating approximately 70 manholes, including lining, new frame & covers, rebuilding bench & flow channels, etc.; cleaning and televising of approximately 1,200 LF of uninspected sewer pipe; along with related fittings, roadway/pavement repair, and associated restoration work.

Bidding Documents will be provided electronically as portable document format (PDF) files. Upon submitting contact information and registering as a Plan Holder online at www.CPHcorp.com or by contacting CPH Consulting, LLC at ashley.macdonald@cphcorp.com, the digital files will be available for download. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
