LAKE HIDEAWAY II COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED MEETING

The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Lake Hideaway II Community Development District (“District”) will hold a regular meeting on June 12, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the Coastal Engineering, 966 Candlelight Boulevard Brooksville, Florida, 34601. This meeting was originally scheduled for Friday, June19, 2026.

Copies of the agenda will be available by emailing the District Manager Audette@hikai.com . The District Manager’s office can be reached telephonically at (813) 565-4663.

The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The meeting may be continued in progress without additional notice to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.

Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in the meeting is asked to advise the District Manager’s office at least 48 hours before the meeting.
