NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2026, entered in Case No. 25-003047-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILFREDO HUERTAS and SUZANNE HUERTAS, as Co-Trustees of the Wilfredo and Suzanne Huertas Living Trust u/a dated May 23, 2017, are Plaintiffs, and MARK CLEMENTS, SHERYL TAYLOR-CLEMENTS, and DANNY BOCCHIARO are Defendants, that Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on June 17, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Lot 25, Holt and Woods Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 48, Page 32, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
