NOTICE OF SHORTLIST INTERVIEWS MEETING

Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2526-03
Professional Architectural Services for Renovations and
Additions to the Existing Facility

The Pasco County Mosquito Control District (“District”) Evaluation Committee has completed its initial evaluation and ranking of qualified respondents for Professional Architectural Services related to the design and construction oversight of renovations and additions to the District’s existing facility.

The Evaluation Committee has determined that shortlist interviews will be conducted with the top-ranked respondents in order to finalize the committee’s rankings and recommendation to the Board of Commissioners.

The Shortlist Interviews Meeting will be held on June 12, 2025, at 7:45 a.m. in the District Board Room located at 2308 Marathon Road, Odessa, Florida 33556.

The meeting agenda will be posted on the District’s website at www.pascomosquito.org. Copies of the RFP may be obtained by contacting the District at administration@pascomosquito.org or by calling 727-376-4568.

The District will select the most qualified firm in accordance with the procedures and evaluation criteria described in the RFP.
