Renovation/Construction of the 1948 Hardee Senior High School into District Offices and Auxiliary Spaces for the Hardee County School Board
Notice is hereby given that the School Board of Hardee County intends to select a Construction Management Firm for the project renovating the Renovation/Construction of the 1948 Hardee Senior High School into District Offices and Auxiliary Spaces for the Hardee County School Board.

The individual project assigned under this contract will have an estimated design and construction cost of approximately $12,000,000.00
A written response to an RFQ must be submitted to the School Board of Hardee County, Superintendent’s Office I 009 North 6th Avenue, Wauchula, FL, 33873 ATTN: Superintendent Sonja Bennett of Hardee School District, no later than 2:00 P.M. on July O I, 2026.

RFQ #1948 - Renovation/Construction of the 1948 Hardee Senior High School into District Offices and Auxiliary Spaces for the Hardee County School Board. The responsibility for submitting a response to this RFQ to the School Board of Hardee County School Superintendent’s Office, on or before the stipulated time and date, will be solely and strictly the responsibility of the Proposer. The School Board of Hardee County will in no way be responsible for delays caused by the United States Postal Service or by any other delivery service or occurrence. Any proposals received after the stipulated time and date will not be accepted, and/or opened and will be returned to the Proposer.

Interested Construction Managers should submit in writing a request for RFQ Packets to the Hardee District School Board, via email sbennett@hardee.k12.fl.us.
