NOTICE OF SALE OF VESSEL BY U.S. MARSHAL
On June 11, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., Herald Adonai (Formerly B 215), one 1999 60.93s meter Deck Cargo Pontoon bearing IMO number 8636386 and MMSI number 657532000, her Engines, Tackle, Apparel, Furniture, Equipment and all other necessaries appertaining and belonging, in rem, etc., will be sold AS IS and WHERE IS, free of all mortgages, liens, and other encumbrances at a public auction sale pursuant to an Order issued from the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida on May 18, 2026 (Doc. No. 38), and pursuant to Middle District of Florida Admiralty and Maritime Practice Manual Rule 5(r). The sale will take place at the front steps of the Tampa Federal Courthouse, 801 North Florida Ave, Tampa, FL 33602.
Interested buyers will be allowed to preview the vessel during the week prior to the sale by appointment only. Please contact the Substitute Custodian Hugo Ortiz, International Ship Repair and Marine Services, Inc., 813-309-0061, to schedule a visit or to obtain further information regarding the Vessel.
Immediately after auction, the successful bidder must deposit the full purchase price, or a minimum deposit of 10% of the successful bid, with the U.S. Marshal by certified or cashier’s check. The balance, if any, must be paid to the U.S. Marshal by certified or cashier’s check before the sale is confirmed, and as set forth in Middle District of Florida Admiralty and Maritime Practice Manual Rule 5(r). The Plaintiff, International Ship Repair and Marine Services, INC, shall be permitted to credit bid up to the amount of its Judgment in lieu of paying cash.
