• Each offer shall be qualified with the understanding that their Proposed Use shall be included as a 30-year deed covenant as part of a sale.
• Each offer shall submit the projected generation of estimated ad valorem tax revenue to the County generated, as a result of the use of the future market rate use of the property at present value (dollars) for a 10-year period along with supporting documentation (the “Projected Ad Valorem Revenue”). The offer’s provided Projected Ad Valorem Revenue will be a factor used in determining the highest and best offer.
• Each offer shall be qualified with the understanding that there shall be a 3-year deed covenant requiring the bidder and/or their direct affiliates or the proposed project entity to retain direct ownership for a minimum of three years. Any such sale prior to three years would require a negotiated agreement for the removal of the covenant.
