NOTICE OF ORDER OF PUBLICATION

By order of the Superior Court of New Jersey, wherein Heidi Mazarowski is the plaintiff, and you, Phillip Mazarowski, are the defendant, you are required to serve upon the plaintiff, Heidi Mazarowski, whose address is c/o Diana C. Schimmel, Esquire, of Martine, Katz Scanlon & Schimmel, P.A., 10 Melrose Avenue, Suite 430, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003, either:
(1) a written appearance in accordance with New Jersey Court Rule 5:4-3(a), OR
(2) an answer to the complaint on or before the 35th day after the date of this publication.
If you fail to answer or file a written appearance, a default judgment may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint. Furthermore, you shall promptly file the answer or written appearance and proof of service in duplicate with the matrimonial filing clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey in Middlesex County, located at 120 New Street, New Brunswick, NJ 08903.
