VAB First Organizational Meeting 2026
Please take notice that the members of the 2026 Pinellas County Value Adjustment Board (VAB) will hold their Organizational Meeting on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, beginning at 8:30 A.M., thereafter in the Clerk’s Large Conference Room, Fourth Floor, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756. At this meeting, the members of the VAB will appoint Special Magistrates, approve local administrative procedures, and decide any other matters brought before the Board.

Persons are advised that, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
