NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2022-CA-001005 of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida in which MAGERICK, LLC, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT BURNS A/K/A ROBERT P. BURNS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT BURNS A/K/A ROBERT P. BURNS; AMERICAN EXPRESS NATIONAL BANK; ; SPRING HILL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A THE SPRING HILL CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED F/K/A SPRING HILL CIVIC CLUB, INC., are defendants, Doug Chorvat Jr., Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the first floor lobby of the Hernando County Government Center, 20 N Main St., Brooksville, FL 34601 in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hernando County, Florida on July 14, 2026 at 11:00 am the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

LOT 15, BLOCK 1628, SPRING HILL UNIT 24, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 53 THROUGH 60, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
