NOTICE OF HEARING BEFORE AIRPORT HEARING OFFICER HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY AVIATION AUTHORITY

Notice is hereby given of a hearing before the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority Airport Hearing Officer on the following petitions for variance to the Authority’s Airport Zoning Regulations:

Airport Study No. 2026-52, Lifsey Trust and ALV, requesting a variance to construct a mixed-use residential and commercial building, with a maximum height of 230’ AMSL, located at 2425 N East Rocky PoInt Drive, Tampa, FL.

Airport, SkyCenter Building, Level 4 of the Atrium.
