NOTICE OF REFERENDUM COUNTRY PLACE
SPECIAL DEPENDENT TAX DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a referendum will be placed on the August 18th, 2026, Primary Election ballot for all voters in the Country Place Special Dependent Tax District. The wording of the referendum is as follows:

Title: REFERENDUM TO INCREASE THE MAXIMUM TAX OF COUNTRY PLACE SPECIAL DEPENDENT TAX DISTRICT

Question: Shall the Board of Trustees of the Country Place Special Dependent Tax Maintenance District be authorized to increase the maximum non-ad valorem assessment not to exceed $75 per annum per residential parcel?_______Yes for Approval ______No for Rejection.

The polls will be open on August 18, 2026 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. All qualified voters residing within the limits of the Country Place Special Dependent Tax District may vote on said referendum.
