NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 8th day of May 2026 in Case No. 2024-CA-009984, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, WFK & ASSOCIATES II, LLP, a Florida limited liability partnership, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT CUMMINGS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT CUMMINGS; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 are the Defendants. Victor D. Crist the Clerk of this Court, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclosure.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of July 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
