PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING

The Bloomingdale Oaks Special Dependent District is conducting a public hearing for the purpose of hearing public comment regarding the proposed FY27 budget and 2026 assessment rate. The hearing will be conducted at 3419 Cade Lane, Valrico, Florida 33596 at 7:00 PM on Monday, July 20, 2026. All meetings are open to the public.

In accordance with chapter 285, F.S., the public is advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of Trustees with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony evidence upon which the appeal is based.
