SPECIAL DEPENDENT TAX DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given that a referendum will be placed on the August 18, 2026, Primary Election ballot for all voters in the North Lakes Special Dependent Tax District. The wording of the referendum is as follows: REFERENDUM TO INCREASE THE MAXIMUM TAX OF NORTH LAKES SPECIAL DEPENDENT TAX DISTRICT Shall the Board of Trustees of the North Lakes Special Dependent Tax District be authorized to increase the maximum non-ad valorem assessment to $125 per annum per improved residential parcel? Yes for approval; No for Rejection.
