NOTICE OF APPLICATION
The Department announces receipt of an environmental resource permit application (File No. MMR 335274-008) from Seven Diamonds, LLC., to expand the existing stormwater management system by 95 acres by including the adjacent Lago Verde Mine (MMR 300890). The proposed project does not include any impacts to wetlands or other surface waters. The site is located at 16303 US Highway 41 in Springhill, FL, 34610; Section 15, Township 24 South, Range 18 East. The Project is within the watershed of the Springs Coast, Class III waters in Pasco County.
