PINE HOLLOW SPECIAL DEPENDENT DISTRICT REGULAR MEETING AND PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING
The Pine Hollow Special Dependant District will hold its regular board meeting on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 7:00PM at 4504 Pine Hollow Drive, Tampa, FL 33624. Immediately following this meeting the District will conduct a budget hearing for the purpose of hearing public comment for its proposed FY27 budget and 2026 assessment rate. The trustees will vote on the budget & assessment rate at this hearing. In accordance w/Chapter 286 F.S., the public is advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of Trustees w/respect to any matter considered at this hearing, the person(s) will need a verbatim record of the proceedings made which includes testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
