NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON REZONINGS FOR PROPERTIES
LOCATED IN PASCO COUNTY

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Pasco County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at the Historic Pasco County Courthouse, Board Room, 2nd Floor, 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, Florida, at 1:30 p.m., and that the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at the Historic Pasco County Courthouse, Board Room, 2nd Floor, 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, at 1:30 p.m., to consider applications for rezoning and/or conditional use pursuant to the provisions of the Pasco County Land Development Code, Chapter 400. All hearings will be conducted at the stated time or as soon thereafter as is practical on the following application(s):

1. Gulf Coast CCM Inc/Wesley Chapel Boulevard Commercial (RZ-7935) petition for a rezoning from an A-C Agricultural District and a C-2 General Commercial District with Conditions to an A-C Agricultural District and a C-2 General Commercial District for a parcel located on the northwest corner of intersection of State Road 54 and Wesley Chapel Boulevard, (aka 27-26-19-0000-00200-0000 and 27-26-19-0000-00200-0010).

2. Jorge & Rosa Oliveras/Jorge Oliveras (RZ-7863) petition for a rezoning from an A-R Agricultural-Residential District with Conditions to an A-R Agricultural-Residential District for a parcel located on the southwest side of US Highway 98 and approximately 300 feet north of Townsend Road, (aka 13-25-21-0010-05700-0040).

3. Gagne Robert H Trust/Gagne MPUD (RZ-7832) a petition for a rezoning from a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District to a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District for a parcel located at the southeast corner of the Chancey Road and Gall Boulevard Intersection, (aka 23-26-21-0020-07100-0020).

4. Chanzep LLC/Chanzep MPUD (RZ-7866) a petition for a rezoning from an A-R Agricultural-Residential District to a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District for a parcel located south of Chancey Road, approximately 777 feet east of the Chancey Road and Gall Boulevard Intersection (aka 23-26-21-0000-00800-0050 et al).
