Lease and Concession Contract for Registered Traveler Service

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY AVIATION AUTHORITY (AUTHORITY)
NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

The Authority intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Clear Secure, Inc. dba CLEAR to operate dedicated traveler identity verification and expedited security lane services under the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Registered Traveler program and to support TSA PreCheck enrollment. Companies that believe they can meet or exceed these requirements must provide, in writing, convincing technical data sufficient to support their position.
