The Housing Authority of the City of Tampa (THA), will receive sealed bids for Professional Landscaping, Grounds Maintenance, Irrigation, Mulching, and Seasonal Planting Services. The Authority intends to award a single contract for each solicitation to the most responsive and responsible individual or firm whose experience and fee is most advantageous to the Authority. The form of contract will be a one-year base contract with the option of extending for an additional year to year period not to exceed five (5) years.

All perspective firms must obtain an official copy of the IFB from THA in order to be considered.

July 29, 2026, 2:00 PM (EST).
