NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 10, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 24000111CAAXMX in the 5th Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein SERVIS ONE, INC. DBA BSI FINANCIAL SERVICES, Plaintiff and HENRY SANTANA; LUZ VASQUEZ DELGADO; SHERMAN HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO SHERMAN HILLS OF HERNANDO COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MV REALTY PBC, LLC are defendants, Doug Chorvat, Jr., Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale outside room 245 on the 2nd Floor of the Hernando Country Courthouse beginning at 11:00 A.M. on July 28, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
