Advertisement of Prequalification
Charles Perry Partners, Inc. has been selected to provide Construction Management services for the 100760 Hill MS REFERENDUM (YEAR 9) project at 5200 Ehrlich Road, Tampa, FL for Hillsborough County Public Schools. This project consists of the replacement of mechanical and electrical components for the Hillsborough County Public Schools Ben Hill Middle School during Summer 2027.

Charles Perry Partners, Inc. is currently accepting subcontractor/vendor
prequalification applications for the following scopes of work:

FINAL CLEANING, TEMPORARY FENCING, FLOOR WAXING, SELECTIVE DEMOLITION, CONCRETE, ROOFING, DRYWALL & METAL FRAMING, ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS, PAINTING, FF&E LOGISTICS, HVAC, TEST & BALANCE, ELECTRICAL, LANDSCAPING & IRRIGATION.

All parties interested in bidding on this project must be prequalified for their bid to be considered. To receive a link to start the prequalification process, send an email to prequalification@cppi.com.

Bid documents will be available in August 2026.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend the virtual,
non-mandatory pre-bid conference via Microsoft Teams on

A non-mandatory job walk will be held Tuesday, August 4 at 10:00 am at Ben Hill Middle School located at 5200 Ehrlich Road, Tampa FL 33624.

Sealed bids are due no later than 2:00 pm, Wednesday, September 2. Bids must be submitted electronically through BuildingConnected.

Construction is scheduled to start May 31, 2027.
