A.D. Morgan Corporation, the Construction Manager, invites your company to bid all trade packages for the Dunedin High School Auditorium Renovation Project for the Pinellas County Schools in Dunedin, FL. The work will start in November 2026 and will be completed in June 2027. Trades included are demolition, concrete, masonry, steel, metal panels, glazing, full interiors package, MEPF trades, sitework, landscaping and fencing.
BID DOCUMENTS: The bid documents are available through A.D. Morgan Corporations’ Building Connected Website. All interested bidders can send an email to bschmitt@admorgan.com to receive a link to all the bid documents. It is the responsibility of all the vendors and bidders to make sure they visit the website regularly for updates. All revisions will be posted on Building Connected and a notice sent out electronically by email.
PREQUALIFICATION: All Bidders must be currently prequalified with A.D. Morgan Corporation. To confirm your status contact Jeremy Warner at jwarner@admorgan.com. All Prequalification must be submitted seven (7) days prior to the bid date.
BONDING: All bids exceeding $50,000 will be required to provide a 100% performance and payment bond.
ELECTRONIC SEALED BIDS will be received no later than August 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM, through Building Connected. Do not send email, mail, or fax bids.
There will be a non-mandatory site visit TBD.
