Preferred Materials, Inc. requests quotes from approved Pinellas County Small Business Enterprise (SBE’s) as well as State Disadvantage Business Enterprises (DBE) or other subcontractors for Maintenance of Traffic, Milling, Milling Cleanup, Pavement Markings/Striping, QC/Testing, Signalization/Loops, and Trucking/Hauling listed below for Bid# 26-0361-ITB-C FY 2027 Pavement Preservation Package 1 Pinellas County. Efforts to assist interested SBE’s & DBE’s in obtaining bonding, lines of credit, or insurance will be provided if needed. For your convenience, plans and specifications can be downloaded from our Preferred Materials FTP site or viewed at our office. The contractor assumes full responsibility for reviewing all current contract documents, to include any addenda that may be issued with his/her submission of a quote.
