DBA BSI FINANCIAL SERVICES, is Plaintiff and Johnathan Ivey, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Doug Chorvat Jr., CGCIO, CPM, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Hernando County Courthouse, 20 North Main Street, Room 245, Brooksville, FL, 34601 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28 day of July, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

Lot 10, Block 1525, Spring Hill Unit 22, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 31, Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
