REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ NO. Q-005-26)

GENERAL PLANNING SERVICES

Port Tampa Bay (PTB) is advertising for a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified Respondents (Consultants) interested in providing a wide range of professional maritime port general planning or master planning activities on an on-call basis.

The Procurement is available on Euna OpenBids (www.EunaOpenBids.com) on Friday, July 24, 2026. All responses to the Procurement shall include a letter indicating the Respondent’s interest and completion of the Procurement Documents, including a Respondent’s Questionnaire. Respondents failing to submit the required Procurement Documents may be deemed non-responsive to the Procurement.

PTB will hold a MANDATORY PRE-QUALIFICATION TELECONFERENCE on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Prospective respondents are required to participate. PTB will only accept proposals submitted by firms participating in the teleconference. Respondents should view the documents prior to the teleconference. See Attachment four (4) of the Procurement for the teleconference details.

Submittals are due on Thursday, August 20, by 1:00 p.m. Interested Respondents should obtain a copy of the procurement instructions and submittal documents and submit a completed response to Port Tampa Bay, 1101 Channelside Drive, 4th Floor, Tampa, Florida 33602.

PTB encourages the use of registered Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firms to the greatest extent possible on projects and has a goal of nine percent (9%) SBE participation. PTB will consider SBE participation when evaluating the responses.
