NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2025-CA-920 of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Angel Rolon; Xiomara Marie Rolon; Unknown Spouse of Luann M. Parker; GoodLeap, LLC are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main St., Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of August, 2026 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 7, BLOCK 57, SPRING HILL UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
