NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 13, 2026 and entered in Case No. 26000030CAAXMX of f the Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida wherein THE HARD MONEY PLACE CORP., a Florida corporation, is the Plaintiff(s) and S & A ONE MANAGEMENT LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of September, 2026 at Hernando County Courthouse, 20 North Main Street, Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601 beginning at 11:00 AM on the prescribed date, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:

Commencing at the Southeasterly comer of Lot 15, Block 6, HALEMONT ADDITION, SECTION No. 1, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 10, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida, run thence North 28 degrees, 55’ East 100.97 feet to the Point of Beginning; run thence North 53 degrees 09’ West 235 feet, thence North 35 degrees 13’ 35” East 280 feet, thence South 53 degrees 09’ East 237.22 feet, thence Southwesterly along the Westerly right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 41, following a curve having a chord bearing of South 35 degrees 43’ 20” West and a chord distance of 278.52 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning.
