NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the CROSSCLAIM PLAINTIFF, MAY CUSTOM HOME, INC., that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in favor of the CROSSCLAIM PLAINTIFF, in the instant matter on June 10, 2026 in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit Case, in and for Hernando County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the following described property located in Hernando County, Florida described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash in PERSON on AUGUST 6, 2026, beginning at 11:00 A.M. (Eastern Time), at the Hernando County Courthouse located at 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, Hernando County, Florida, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, using the following method:
Properties are auctioned on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00 AM outside of the Civil Department, Room 245 of the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street in Brooksville, excluding legal holidays. Anyone may bid on the properties. All bidders must register with the clerk in the Civil Department, Room 245, by 10:30 AM on the morning of the sale. Each bidder will be provided with a bidder number card which must be displayed during the bidding process. Properties are auctioned in case number order and sold to the highest bidder. Bidding is done in increments of $100 or more.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale.
