Construction Services for Site Development Improvements

Len-Angeline, LLC (the “Developer”) hereby requests proposals to provide services relating to the following:

Pasco County:
• Angeline, Phase 6B – Site Development Improvements

Bid packages for the above work items will be available beginning Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. via electronic transmission from the office of Clearview Land Design, 3010 W. Azeele St., Suite 150, Tampa, FL 33609. Each Bid Package will include, but not be limited to, the Request for Proposals, proposal and contract documents, and construction plans and specifications. Please request bid packages from Tim.Ferreira@clearviewland.com; Heather.meyer@clearviewland.com. Mr. Tim Ferreira, P.E. shall be the contact person(s) regarding the Bid Package.

The Developer has the right to reject any and all proposals, make modifications to the work, and waive any minor informalities and irregularities in proposals as it deems appropriate, if it determines in its discretion that it is in the best interest of the Developer to do so.

A Mandatory pre-bid MS Teams conference call will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 6, 2026. Ranking of proposals will be made based on qualifications according to the evaluation criteria contained within the Bid Package. Any and all questions relative to this project shall be directed in email only to Tim.Ferreira@clearviewland.com; Heather.meyer@clearviewland.com no later than 2:00 p.m. Thursday August 13, 2026.

Firms desiring to provide services for this project must submit electronic bid package file including an Excel file of the populated Schedule of Values and a linked schedule with an anticipated start date to final completion no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2026, to Clearview Land Design, P.L. Please submit electronically to the following: Tim.Ferreira@clearviewland.com; Heather.meyer@clearviewland.com; Bill@metrodg.com Proposals will be opened at the time and date stipulated above; those received after the time and date stipulated above will be returned un-opened to the proposer. Any proposal not completed as specified or missing the required proposal documents as provided in the Bid Package may be disqualified.

• The contract for the awarded bidder may be assigned, at the developer’s sole discretion, to a Community Development District once it has been established or has appropriate funding in place.
• A Bid Bond will be required.
