NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 24, 2026 in Civil Case No. 24000655CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hernando County, Brooksville, Florida, wherein ALL IN CREDIT UNION is Plaintiff and Douglas Vollmer a/k/a Doug E. Vollmer, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Doug Chorvat Jr., CGCIO, CPM, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Hernando County Courthouse, 20 North Main Street, Room 245, Brooksville, FL, 34601 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11 day of August, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

Lot 11, Block 1589, Spring Hill Unit 23, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 44 through 52, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
