NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SEEK ENACTMENT OF A CLAIM BILL
Notice is hereby given that PAMELA MARTIN as Personal Representative of the ESTATE of MICHAEL KEEN intends to apply to the Florida Legislature during its next regular session, or any extension or special session thereof, for the enactment of a claim bill (relief act) for compensation.
The nature of the claim involves the death of Michael Keen as a result of a motor vehicle accident involving a Hillsborough County Sheriff’s vehicle on or about February 26, 2021 due to the negligence of CHAD CHRONISTER, in his official capacity as Sheriff of HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The total amount of relief sought through this proposed claim bill is $1,698,820.00.
