Notice of Special Meeting
of Lexington Oaks Community Development District

The Board of Supervisors of Lexington Oaks Community Development District (the “District”) held a special meeting on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. located at Lexington Oaks Community Center, 26304 Lexington Oaks Boulevard, Wesley Chapel, Florida, 33544 to discuss irrigation and landscaping.

The meeting may be continued in progress without additional notice to a time, date, and location stated on the record. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors may participate by telephone.
